When shipping to Europe, both direct and indirect services are offered by shipping companies wherein direct service is to Europe base ports such as Antwerp, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Le Havere and Felixstowe; where the shipment departs from assigned port in India to directly arrive at the assigned port of delivery without any transhipment.
In regions where we don't have ColliCare owned office, we operate with the support and assistance of our agent networks and usually while we look after all the procedures within India, the agent network is responsible for operation in that region. However, rest assured, we take full accountability of your shipment till the time it reaches the designated port of arrival/place of delivery.
